Alternative health is grassroots. It really teaches you how to navigate your life from a very holistic perspective, I feel fortunate that I have, and the more I delve into it, the more I realize how much we really don't know about our bodies and that there is a wealth of information within our system.
Helping people has been the cornerstone of my life's work for the past 38 years. I've found that the most meaningful way to assist others is by teaching them how to help themselves. Through my understanding of organizing the central nervous system, I've seen individuals gain a deeper connection with themselves and unlock their potential for growth and healing.

1. Myofascial Release: Techniques aimed at releasing tension and tightness in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, and organs.
2. Craniosacral Therapy: A gentle hands-on technique focusing on the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
3. Hypnotherapy: Using hypnosis to induce a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility to help patients achieve relaxation, pain relief, and behavioral changes.
4. Feldenkrais Method: A movement therapy approach that aims to improve movement and physical function by increasing self-awareness and exploring new movement patterns.
5. Pilates (Coraline apparatus): Pilates exercises, often performed on specialized equipment like the Coraline, to improve strength, flexibility, and posture.
6. Nutritional Counseling: Providing guidance on nutrition and its impact on overall health and well-being. A series of videos are available for purchase to download to guide to a balanced life."
